The Home Depot delivery people refused to do it even after I paid for it, saying it was too complicated. Garage siding repair: Andrew repaired our garage siding beautifully. It shortly got tested with unusually high winds - no problem. He states his rates clearly which we appreciate. When the appointment time was specific, he arrived on time and it was everything you could want to get the job done. (There was an initial communication snafu which I trust won't happen again.)

I asked Andy to do some winterizing tasks outside - covering basement window wells, reattaching a damaged cord, etc. He did those tasks in the rain so he would not have to reschedule. The work was done well and above my expectations.

I've been wanting to buy a treadmill for almost a year but I had no idea how I was going to be able to get one down into my basement by myself. Luckily I found Andy online. For the same price of delivery to my door Andy picked up my treadmill curbside from the local sporting goods store, delivered it, and assembled it. I was concerned about the stairs and the 300 lb box but he had a helper along. He gave me the price before hand and there were no surprises. He wore a mask in the house, didn't bang up the walls, and he cleaned up and hauled away all of the packaging. I will definitely be contacting Andy again!

Andy hung three very large blinds on our balcony porch. The measurements for one of the blinds was very precise, and he nailed it. He took all the empty boxes away with him. I could not be happier with his service. He is polite and friendly.

Installed a garbage disposal and dishwasher. Was so friendly, professional, and easy to work with. He was able to come out in a reasonable time frame, kept us updated and was a great communicator. No surprises with pricing, actually arrived early. Saved his # in our phones for any future needs, he was wonderful.

I had a wonderful experience hiring Andy for a fence project. Andy was fast to respond and fast to schedule my project. He was constantly in communication and was clearly planning my project from day 1. He had all the tools necessary for the job and put our backyard fence together way faster than expected leaving us with a great value fence and a great service. I wanted to have an air conditioner installed in my son's apartment before the next heat wave. Last summer his laptop kept overheating, then the fan burned out, it was so hot. Andy responded to my email inquiry quickly with prices and approximate time he could do the job. I had some questions, which he answered promptly. After we agreed on terms, he contacted my son to schedule installation. He purchased the air conditioner and showed up on time (early, I think!) within the week and installed the unit. Handy Andy was very handy indeed! He assembled a bathroom over the toilet shelving unit, ikea computer stand, ikea butcher block table, hung some shelves and a coat rack. He also figured out how to re-assemble an ikea couch that had been partly taken apart. He is a super nice guy and is exactly who you would want to show up at your door to solve all your assembly problems. Reasonably priced and efficient. Highly recommend.

He removed an old pendant light and installed a new one, which required some assembly, as well as installing two Ring cameras and disassembling a bedframe to make room for a new one. I needed someone to install a large 72" ceiling fan on my high cathedral ceiling, along with a wall control. That started the painful and time-consuming internet-search process that I absolutely dread. After about 2 weeks of texting, scheduling, rescheduling, and hours of wasted time with 2 other guys I was going to hire, I got so frustrated that I gave up on both of them. I was back to square one!

I came across Andrew on my next internet search. After reading numerous good reviews about Andrew, I sent him a message explaining the details of what I needed. He replied to me the very next day; not only that, he told me his charge for the job, his estimate for the time involved, and what days he could potentially do the job. Wow, this guy means business—I was instantly impressed! He is even self-insured—which is very important to me, especially considering the height at which he would be working. I instantly scheduled a date with him.

Andrew came to my house right on time, he was friendly, polite, and just a nice guy. I even felt comfortable enough to go back to my office and work while he was working on installing my fan. After a while I came out of my office for something, and I was shocked to see the new fan already in place—it had only been about an hour at that point. He then asked me to turn off the circuit breaker and he went right to work on the wall fan/light control. Andrew was in and out in under 2 hours and that included the time to bring in and clear out his tools/huge ladder, setting up, and everything! Andrew installed the fan in no time, it’s hung perfectly, and it works great. I am so very happy—not only about the job he did for me, but also in knowing that I now have the name and number of a talented, trustworthy handyman in my phone that I won’t hesitate to call the next time a job comes up, and I won’t even need to look at a screen. ! I will also highly recommend him to anyone I know who is looking for a good handyman.
